Job Description
Stratus HR is seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our team as a Front Office Administrator. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors while supporting a variety of administrative and operational tasks. Duties And Responsibilities
Responsibilities:- Manage the E-Verify process for new hires across multiple clients.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Greet and assist visitors in the office.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Scan, file, and maintain organized records and documents.
- Monitor and restock breakroom supplies.
- Coordinate with building management for facility-related needs.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
Qualifications/Skills:
- 2-3 years of experience in a front desk role.
- Friendly, outgoing, and approachable demeanor.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and responsibilities.
